Sennheiser CX 880 – Sennheiser has been building a lot of momentum each time they release a new set of speakers or pair of headphones. The audio quality of their products continues to impress and newer releases focus on other elements such as the design and comfort. Their products do not come cheap, but a combination of these elements makes them worth the cost.

Sennheiser CX 980 – Out of the three models in the Expression Line, the Sennheiser CX 980 is the only one that sports the ear canal style which many people prefer for good noise isolation without sacrificing comfort. Its main design feature is the inclusion of two sets of modular sound tuning ear sleeves for modular sound tuning purposes. The overall craftsmanship of the earphones is great as it is metal-crafted all the way.

Sennheiser MX 980 – One of the commonly used peripherals that have not changed all that much until recently is earphones. Adapting to the wireless age, manufacturers are now making earphones smaller and powering them with Bluetooth and other wireless technologies so people can carry their portable devices with them and start listening to their favorite tracks comfortably without delay. However, these wireless devices have not necessarily killed the older wired style earphones because there are a lot of people out there that find these revolutionary earphones too expensive and would rather spend the money on something that is focused more on audio quality and design. This is where Sennheiser plans to make a bold statement as they released their new Expression Line earphones earlier this year. The new 980 series comes in the CX, MX, and OMX models with the Sennheiser MX 980 being the simplest of the three.

Sennheiser OMX 980 – The unique design aspects of the MX 980 are the ear hooks and unlike ordinary ear hooks, they are made of flexible materials and are completely adjustable to fit any sized ear. This nice addition significantly reduces the number of needed accessories without limiting the customization options. There is no longer a need to carry so many accessories when traveling.

Sennheiser IE 8 – The Sennheiser IE 8 Noise Isolating Headphone is a few steps ahead of the IE 7 so it is expected that all of the best design and comfort features are present. This is immediately shown by just looking at the pair with the Sennheiser logo noticeably seen on both earpieces. However, when looked at closely, the shape is slightly different to give the IE 8 a separate identity. It still remains similar to the IE 7 with no sharp corners that can make listening uncomfortable. This discreet design not only makes it great for listening outdoors, but it also goes well with any attire.

Sennheiser IE 7 – The Sennheiser IE 7 Earphones may not come in flashy colors, but they definitely have a distinctive look to separate them from the ordinary earphones being sold. It is easy to tell right from unboxing that Sennheiser did a fine job in packing all of their components with care. Items in the package include 9 pairs of eartips of various sizes to provide a comfortable fit to just about everyone along with 3 additional pairs of foam eartips. There is also a single silicon pair and a bi-flange pair, making it more varied than other earphone packages.

Sennheiser MX W1 – One of the innovative features of the Sennheiser MX W1 is the way the earphones lock on to the ears so that they will never fall. The system that it uses is known as the Twist-to-Fit system. This system is laid out in the instructions so anyone can do it right after they purchased the package. For this special feature to be used by everyone, the package also includes three sets of Twist-to-Fit adapters with one small, medium, and large pair.

Sennheiser OCX 880 – Compared to other Sennheiser models, the Sennheiser OCX 880 falls in the middle of their offerings although they are currently the latest and highest-end of the Classic Line listing. This means that those that really like to enjoy countless songs in their favorite portable player will find the Sennheiser OCX 880 to be more efficient in delivering the quality experience. One of the other reasons behind this enhanced audio experience is the silicon ear adapters. These silicon ear adapters have dual hardness properties so they block out any unwanted ambient noise.
