• “Let me start by saying that I like these headphones a lot. I bought them after comparing them side by side with my Etymotic ER-6i. I went back and forth listening to the same music on my own iPod and there was just no denying the vastly superior sound of these headphones. They reproduced the highs with amazing clarity, but what blew me away was the bass. By comparison my ER-6i sounded very flat and muffled. I would compare the bass output of these Klipsch to that of Skullcandy, which is very boomy, but unlike Skullcandy which gives all the bass at the expense of the mids and the highs, Klipsch sounds great across the entire frequency range. The ear tips on these headphones are great. Their oval shape really does fit better in the ear than the round shape of ER-6i or Shure. The silicone from which they are made also seems better because these tips are very soft and almost gel-like. Design: As long as you have a good cover for your iPod/iPhone with some type of cord control mechanism, the earphones will not interfere with your workout.

Sound: Excellent bass sound production from such a small pair of buds. Much wider range than standard earphones.

Comfort: You have half a dozen adaptable plugs to choose from. One of them has got to fit in your ear near perfectly. Use one of the three double-flange plugs when working out so it doesn’t fall out.
